  1.     The following is a message from George Warren, the SYSOP of the 
  2. Illinois State University RBBS-PC in Bloomington, Illinois.
  3. Over the Thanksgiving break, 1984, Illinois State University suffered a theft 
  4. of 23 IBM-PC computers and monitors and six printers from a student laboratory.
  5. The computer serial numbers were 0717326, 0787632, 0844376, 0860792, 1152959,
  6. 1172565, 1172614, 1172773, 1172780, 1172834, 1172991, 1173025, 1173045,
  7. 1173051, 1173086, 1173092, 1173105, 1173147, 1281993, 1282019, 1282171,
  8. 1283459, and 1283466. The monitors were IBM monochrome with serial numbers
  9. 0062429, 0079121, 0105249, 0109377, 0273192, 0275182, 0275185, 0275187,
  10. 0275193, 0275206, 0275210, 0275212, 0275222, 0275257, 0275384, 0275400,
  11. 0275403, 0275413, 0275495, 0275528, 0275531, 0275532, and 0275534.  The
  12. printers were Okidata, model 93 with serial numbers 102716, 102717, 102719, 
  13. 102722, 102723, and 102724. If are aware of the location of any of this 
  14. equipment you should contact your local police. Persons with other information 
  15. should contact Lt. Don Knapp or Cpl. Jodi Sipes of the ISU Police at 
  16. 309-438-8631. A private message to Sysop or comment may also be left on the
  17. ISU ACS BBS 309-454-6099.
