- The following is a message from George Warren, the SYSOP of the
- Illinois State University RBBS-PC in Bloomington, Illinois.
- Over the Thanksgiving break, 1984, Illinois State University suffered a theft
- of 23 IBM-PC computers and monitors and six printers from a student laboratory.
- The computer serial numbers were 0717326, 0787632, 0844376, 0860792, 1152959,
- 1172565, 1172614, 1172773, 1172780, 1172834, 1172991, 1173025, 1173045,
- 1173051, 1173086, 1173092, 1173105, 1173147, 1281993, 1282019, 1282171,
- 1283459, and 1283466. The monitors were IBM monochrome with serial numbers
- 0062429, 0079121, 0105249, 0109377, 0273192, 0275182, 0275185, 0275187,
- 0275193, 0275206, 0275210, 0275212, 0275222, 0275257, 0275384, 0275400,
- 0275403, 0275413, 0275495, 0275528, 0275531, 0275532, and 0275534. The
- printers were Okidata, model 93 with serial numbers 102716, 102717, 102719,
- 102722, 102723, and 102724. If are aware of the location of any of this
- equipment you should contact your local police. Persons with other information
